If your product is designed or intended primarily for children age 12 or under, you will need a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC). The certificate confirms the product complies with all applicable federal children’s product safety rules, based on testing from a CPSC-accepted third-party laboratory. Certain small batch manufacturers may qualify for relief from some testing requirements through the CPSC’s Small Batch Manufacturer Registry. We help determine which standards apply, coordinate testing, and prepare compliant documentation under the CPSIA before the product reaches the market.
